Even without an Independent School League season in 2020, we can still wax poetic on what could've been in the Boston-area prep school league.
There were plenty of impressive Class of 2021 commits heading off to local schools, and some Class of 2022 up-and-comers were showing great potential. Perhaps even some newcomers would've grabbed the spotlight, too.
To take stock of the ISL's overall talent level, we've compiled a Best XI from the 16-team league. The below group is arranged in a 4-3-3 formation, and some honorable mentions are included for each position group.
