This past weekend marked the graduation for most of New England's Class of 2020, their final college moments before entering the real world.
Given the world's state from the COVID-19 pandemic, normal on-campus celebrations with friends, family and teachers couldn't occur. Instead, students were left having back-yard festivities while social distancing. Some watched a commencement address that former President Barack Obama gave, while others turned to virtual gatherings with Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James.
That celebratory mood got us thinking about the seniors who are departing college soccer, especially those who profoundly shaped their programs over the last four years.
In no particular order, here are 10 Class of 2020s from New England college soccer who are extra notable. Their successes, in our opinion, speak for themselves.
