United Soccer Coaches: 17 from New England named HS All-Americans

The annual list of United Soccer Coaches Fall High School All-Americans has been released, and 17 players from New England have been named out of 59 total.

This batch only contains players whose high school seasons are in the fall, so hotbed states like California, Florida and Texas aren’t included.

In all, two goalkeepers, five midfielders and 10 forwards from across the region were honored. Connecticut led the way with six representatives, while Massachusetts had five and Maine had three. New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont each had one player.
