Top five: These D-2 men’s goalkeepers have been standing tall

It’s no secret that the deciding factor in a quality soccer match often comes down to goalkeeping.

An elite goalie is an incredibly valuable asset to a club, and can often help a team pull out a victory or earn a draw in a game where a positive result didn’t seem likely.

In the New England Division 2 ranks, keepers across the region have been up to the task so far in the 2021 season.

Here are five goalkeepers who have stood tall and provide a presence that instills confidence from teammates.
