Super Sunday: D-1 women’s titles on the line for seven teams

An anticipated season that began in mid-August has meandered to the biggest day on the Division 1 women’s soccer calendar.

Seven teams from New England have positioned themselves to win conference titles and auto bids to the NCAA tournament on Sunday, teams that range between highly-regarded in the preseason and those playing their best soccer at the right time.

UMass, Northeastern, Central Connecticut State, Quinnipiac, Boston University, UNH and Vermont all have conference glory in their sights.
