Boston College keeps on securing verbal commitments from local standouts, with Suffield Academy forward Andrew Serafino (East Longmeadow, Mass.) now part of the ACC program’s Class of 2021.
Serafino, 16, featured as an attacking player for the New England Revolution Academy for several years before joining the NEPSAC ranks last fall. He’s also played club soccer for NEFC, with his father, Andrew, serving as the club’s West Regional Boys Director.
As for why Serafino chose BC, he rattled off myriad reasons. Many center around family, while others speak to the program’s direction under new head coach Bob Thompson.
