The Soccer Dad: Consider returning to your playing roots

The life of a soccer parent involves watching a lot of games.

Whether your child is playing town rec league, travel, high school, districts, indoor, futsal or summer camps, you can find yourself doing a whole lot of spectating. Conversely, many parents of soccer players used to be players themselves, and watching their children play can bring back that desire to get out on the pitch.

Fortunately, there are plenty of opportunities available to do just that.
