Soccer Confidential: Krafts on stadium search, Burns shows faith in Friedel

In the club's 23-year history, the New England Revolution have mostly been inconsistent on the field. But investor/operators Jonathan and Robert Kraft have been consistent and persistent in their pursuit of a new stadium from the get-go.

On Monday, the Krafts affirmed their commitment to the Revs at a ceremonial groundbreaking for a $35 million training center in Foxborough, Mass. Robert Kraft also expressed hope this would be “the first of two great groundbreakings."

“We’ve never been so patient in our lives as we are on this,” Robert Kraft said of a proposed stadium in Boston.
