We’ve teamed up with Sports Rehabilitation Unlimited (Middleton, Mass.) to showcase a Shoulder Complex Program (rotator cuff strengthening, push-ups and scapula stabilization).
The exercises are demonstrated by 1 on 1 coach Zach Rowell (UMass-Lowell goalkeeper). These exercises are tailored toward goalkeepers (high school upward) but also can be adapted for outfield players.
The video we’ve showcased this month is focused on rotator cuff strengthening:
- Low External Rotation (W’s wit resistance band)
- High External Rotation (ER @ 90 ABD unsupported)
- 90/90 (soccer ball dribble)
