Seven players from New England are currently participating in the second id2 training camp of 2019 at the Round Rock Multipurpose Complex just outside of Austin, Texas.

The camp, held from Sept. 26-29, mainly focuses on boys born in 2006 and girls born in 2005. Another camp is set to be held Dec. 5-8 in Chula Vista, Calif., with both events helping players get identified, developed and scouted for inclusion on U.S. youth national teams.

Of note, U.S. Soccer Development Academy full-time players are not eligible for inclusion in the id2 program, as they can’t participate in outside soccer leagues and events.
