A new era has arrived for the most successful Division 3 women’s soccer program of the 2010s, but there will also be continuity.
Williams has named who will follow in the footsteps of head coach Michelyne Pinard, with veteran assistant Sarah Raymond promoted by the NESCAC program late last week. Pinard announced last July that she’d be leaving after 2019 to become the athletic director at a boarding school in California, resulting in Raymond succeeding her old boss.
The Ephs won national titles in 2015 and 2017-18, made the 2014 national championship game and advanced to the Elite Eight in 2016 and 2019. Raymond isn't exactly inheriting an average program.
