Taig Healy (South Hampton, N.H.) has emerged as one of New Hampshire's top Class of 2022 players, and now the Seacoast United academy standout has verbally committed to the University of New Hampshire.
The U-19 MLS NEXT midfielder, who plays in the No. 10 role, told New England Soccer Journal that he’s “incredibly eager” to join the Wildcats. Under head coach Marc Hubbard, they’ve won back-to-back America East titles and made three straight NCAA tournaments.
There’s also the local pride of competing for UNH, knowing that he won’t have to travel far for Division I tests.
