Recruiting: Seacoast United defender Emma Badger commits to Boston College

Patience is a valuable commodity in the college soccer recruiting world, not rushing and being deliberate as you wade through the waters.

Just ask Seacoast United Class of 2022 center back Emma Badger (Wells, Maine), who verbally committed to Boston College earlier this month.

With her decision, Badger joins a local-heavy group that’ll constitute head coach Jason Lowe’s first full recruiting class. As tempting as early commits are, the longer runway often carries several benefits.
