Mia Pongratz (Hanover, Mass.) didn’t need to wait any longer to decide on her college future.

The Class of 2023 goalkeeper attended a camp at Division 1 Virginia Commonwealth University. After competing in front of VCU goalkeepers coach Martin Baker and head coach Lindsey Martin, Pongratz knew she wanted to be a Ram.

"Something that kind of stuck out to me was the connection that I had to the coaches. We just kind of clicked right away," Pongratz said. "It was just a very good environment to play in and be in."
