A fair number of New England’s top Class of 2021 players are already off the board, meaning they’ve given verbal committments to college soccer programs near and far.

But a solid chunk remains in limbo, caught amid a recruiting landscape that’s been seriously impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. In-person visits and recruiting showcases have been replaced by Zoom meetings and highlight tapes, all as organized sports were halted this spring.

Mindful of those dynamics, we’ve highlighted 12 Class of 2021 standouts from New England who are still searching for a college soccer home. Their talents are apparent, and now it’s all about these 2021s joining their regional counterparts.

As always, readers – players, parents and coaches alike – are welcome to submit commitment updates at commits@nesoccerjournal.com.
