Prep Girls: Underclassmen Best XI from the 2019 season

Some of the big-name NEPSAC players in 2019 were definitely seniors, with Tabor forward Cat Barry, Miss Porter's forward Kyla Gallagher and Choate midfielder Erin Martin among those who turned heads most.

As important as their experience and leadership was, plenty of underclassmen also impressed from start to finish. What they lacked in age or strength, they made up for with skill, speed and soccer IQ.

But who stood out above the rest? To answer that, we've named an Underclassmen Best XI, celebrating the region's top freshmen and sophomores.

The group is organized in 3-4-3 formation, and nine different programs are included. Where possible, a player's hometown is also listed:
