For the region’s women’s soccer teams in the Patriot League, the abbreviated spring season was just that — abbreviated.
Boston University managed to get in five games, finishing with a record of 2-2-1. Holy Cross played four times, winning once.
Both BU and Holy Cross open on Thursday, Aug. 19. The Terriers head across town for a non-conference game at Northeastern, while Holy Cross opens at UMass Lowell.
It should be interesting.
