Year after year, our New England-centric vantage point of Division I men's soccer is strongly shaded by Oakwood alumni.
That surfaced in 2018 with outside back Logan Gdula (East Lyme, Conn.) at Wake Forest, then in 2019 it was midfielder Danny Griffin (Wethersfield, Conn.) at Providence. They're both in the USL Championship now, respectively competing for the Charleston Battery and Pittsburgh Riverhounds.
That goes to say: As D-I games return during the Spring 2021 semester, Oakwood players are bound to be front and center.
Be sure to keep an eye out for these 10 New Englanders, all of whom developed at Oakwood before starting their D-I careers.
