Should any men’s or women’s teams from New England qualify for this year's Division I soccer championships, a bubble-like environment awaits down in Cary, North Carolina.
The NCAA announced earlier this week that all 48 women’s teams and all 36 men’s teams would gather at one central location, per a vote from the Division I Competition Oversight Committee.
The decision is designed to minimize travel and overall time needed to complete games, two precautions that stem from the COVID-19 pandemic.
