The supporters’ groups of the New England Revolution – those who spend 90 minutes cheering in The Fort, traveling to away games and organizing charity events – have had enough.

Before Saturday’s home game against the San Jose Earthquakes, The Rebellion handed the club’s front office a letter requesting a town hall meeting to discuss the the Revs' future. It asks for general manager Michael Burns, club president Brian Bilello, interim head coach Mike Lapper and investors/operators Robert and Jonathan Kraft to be in attendance.

This comes two days removed from the Midnight Riders issuing a statement on Twitter asking for Burns to be relieved of his duties as general manager. They assert that dismissing Brad Friedel as head coach this past Thursday isn’t enough, and that significant change is required.
