Major League Soccer announced 2021 home openers on Wednesday, giving a target date for New England Revolution fans who hope to watch the team in-person for the first time in over a year.

The Revolution are scheduled to host D.C. United at Gillette Stadium on April 24, welcoming a 12-percent capacity crowd under the current COVID-19 pandemic guidelines.

Aside from a March 7, 2020 game against Chicago Fire FC, New England played every home match last year without fans in attendance.
