How will New England natives fare in MLS during 2018?

By Jonathan SigalJanuary 1, 2018

The 2018 Major League Soccer season starts in earnest the first weekend in March, and several dozen with ties to New England are set to feature for various sides.

To get a full scope of the players, New England Soccer Journal has the full run-down, complete with what role each player could anticipate. Those responsibilities aren’t etched in stone, though, as a MLS team’s opening-day starting XI is seldom the one deployed when playoff soccer nears in September and October.

To qualify for consideration, players had to call New England home, or attend a college or prep school in the region. If there are any thoughts or questions, feel free to email jsigal@nesoccerjournal.com.
