After a one-year absence, the NEPSAC Class B girls soccer tournament features plenty of familiar faces.
Rivers is back after winning the title in 2019. The three other teams that made that final four the last time it was held -- runner-up Pingree, Lawrence and Suffield -- are back, too. The only teams that weren't part of the '19 field are Dexter Southfield and Middlesex.
The tournament begins with quarterfinal games on Wednesday at the home of the higher seed. Semifinals are Saturday and the championship will be Sunday at Deerfield Academy (1 p.m.).
