New England products continue to exert their influence on MLS year after year.
The combination of nurturing youth setups and seasoned college programs ensures that the region continues to churn out players capable of making an influence at the highest levels.
As the 2019 MLS season unfolds, New England Soccer Journal has picked out five of those players — not including the raft of local standouts with the Revolution — to track over the new season.
Those below either went to college within the region or have hometowns in New England. Special attention went to locals visiting Gillette Stadium at some point this year.
