There are now two local center backs at Atlanta United, as it was announced Thursday that Josh Bauer (Bedford, N.H.) has signed a one-year contract with three additional option years.
This past January, the Five Stripes selected the former University of New Hampshire star No. 31 overall in the 2021 MLS SuperDraft.
Bauer joins Miles Robinson (Arlington, Mass.) in Atlanta, with the Boston Bolts product entering his fifth professional season and looking to carve out a bigger U.S. men’s national team role.
