Isaac Angking looking to make most of Charlotte Independence loan

By Jonathan SigalAugust 15, 2019

Isaac Angking is in his second year as a Homegrown Player for the New England Revolution. (Charlotte Independence)

When Isaac Angking (Providence, R.I.) logged 75 minutes this past weekend, it marked his first bit of professional action since the Concacaf U-20 Championship in November 2018.

But the experience didn’t come with the New England Revolution, the MLS club he signed for as a Homegrown Player two Januarys ago.

Rather, it was in a 3-3 draw at Loudoun United, with the left-footed midfielder on loan for the Charlotte Independence. The USL Championship side is coached Mike Jeffries (Lynn, Mass.).
