If it were all about skill and ability, Taylor Jenkins (Trumbull, Conn.) would still be one of the standout players across Connecticut.
It is when you add in her tremendous athleticism, will and desire that you gain the full spectrum of the impact the University of Connecticut-bound star brings to the defending state champion St. Joseph High School girls soccer program and her U-18 club team at World Class FC.
Perhaps nowhere do those qualities reveal themselves more on the pitch than on the set pieces where Jenkins is always a threat to put the ball in the back of the net.
