In short order, through results and college placements, Black Rock FC’s Northwood residency group has grown into one of the country’s top prep school programs.
But the COVID-19 pandemic, as they approached year No. 3, had the potential to derail everything at the international-heavy program in Lake Placid, N.Y.
Those concerns have lightened as the fall semester carries on and Northwood’s adjusted 2020-21 season unfolds. Things look different, of course, but they’re largely on the same path.
