After middling with a .500 record for the better part of a decade, the University of New Hampshire has gone 47-20-10 through head coach Marc Hubbard's first four seasons in charge.

That run has brought about back-to-back NCAA tournament appearances, a first-ever America East title in 2018 and a steady climb up the regional ranks.

As the Wildcats have surged, so has sophomore center back Josh Bauer (Bedford, N.H.). The 2018 America East Defender of the Year, Bauer was recently named to the All-Northeast Region First Team. He has six goals and six assists throughout his young career, too.

To learn more about Bauer, we caught up with him for the Hangin' Out With section of our December magazine.
