Hangin’ out with … Toronto FC II defender Mitch Taintor

By Kyle McCarthyAugust 1, 2017

You made your debut for Toronto FC in the Canadian Championship earlier this year. What went through your mind as you made that leap? "I was obviously excited to get the call. I had been working toward it for a long time. I had been playing really well. I just waited for my time to come and that happened to be it. I’m thankful to the coaching staff for bringing me in and giving me that opportunity. I had an awesome time. It was a great experience. I hope to get back into the first team some day. It came at a really good time for me. It was a big confidence booster. Overall, it was a great experience."
