By all accounts, Brown University junior forward Brittany Raphino (Randolph, Mass.) had an outstanding freshman season in 2019.

She had eight goals and three assists in 19 games (17 starts) en route to garnering Ivy League Rookie of the Year and first team All-Ivy honors. Now a junior, after the 2020 season was canceled, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Raphino is looking to pick up where she left off. The former Thayer Academy standout already has two goals and two assists for a Brown squad that is off to a 4-1 start entering Sunday’s match at Notre Dame.

We caught up with her last month to discuss her thoughts on this 2021 season and life at Brown.
