As the club soccer calendar crosses into May, ECNL teams around New England continue to chase leading spots in the New England Conference.
The winter cobwebs have gone away and clubs are looking ahead toward the ECNL National Playoffs, which are set for June 30-July 7 in Lakewood Ranch, Fla.
Will teams from the four New England clubs – Connecticut FC, FC Stars, FSA FC and Scorpions SC – continue to leave their mark? It sure seems like it, especially as players grow in confidence.
