BROWNS SUMMIT, N.C. -- There was no shortage of elite talent on display at the Girls Academy Spring Showcase, which took place from April 13-17 at Bryan Park Soccer Complex, just outside of Greensboro.
The five-day event, which included competition at the U-15, U-16, U-17 and U-19 levels, served as a key measuring stick for teams, as they took on premier competition from across the country.
The showcase attracted more than 300 college coaches, which provided uncommitted players a golden opportunity to put their skills on display and potentially land a future college home. For committed players, it was a chance to work on their game against top competition, and maybe even in front of their future coaches.
