BROWNS SUMMIT, N.C. -- Teams from Seacoast United competed at the Girls Academy Spring Showcase this past weekend in the Greensboro area.
Seacoast came away from the five-day national event feeling good about how its squads performed against premier competition from across the nation at the Bryan Park Soccer Complex.
Players from Seacoast’s U-16 and U-17 sides impressed, as more than 300 college coaches were attendance at the event between last Thursday and Monday. That’s important for many of those players, because members of the Class of 2025, or rising high school juniors, can start communication with college coaches and start receiving verbal offers on June 15.
