Four easy tips for soccer players to remain healthy

For high school soccer players, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates nearly 40 percent of ER visits will be due to traumatic joint injuries to ankles, knees and shoulders.

Of those injuries, females will suffer them during the lethargy of practice and males will fall victim during the aggression of games. Cramming coaches, stern-strength coaches, proud parents and admirable athletic trainers all can benefit from four tips I’m here to provide.
