The expanded New England Revolution Academy pipeline keeps paying dividends, with the club announcing Wednesday that defender/midfielder Dennis Ramirez (Waltham, Mass.) has signed with USL League One side Revolution II.

He'll officially join the team pending league and federation approval.

Ramirez, 18, is the second player to make that leap after residency attacker Meny Silva (Roxbury, Mass.) signed a first-of-its-kind deal this past January.
