D3 Men: Preseason Best XI named ahead of 2019 season

We're a week out from Division 3 programs returning to the field, and with that comes New England Soccer Journal's preseseason Best XI.

The below team is organized in a 3-5-2 formation and is meant to give readers a better sense of who some of the region's top players should be this fall. At each position group, we've also included a few names who just missed the cut.
