The task of replacing a legend often seems like an unenviable one.
But Casey Brown is thrilled to have that type of opportunity in front of her.
Last week, Brown was hired as the new head coach of the Boston University women’s soccer team. The 2010 BU graduate and former Terriers star replaces longtime head coach Nancy Feldman, who announced her retirement earlier this year after 27 highly successful seasons.
Brown, who spent the last two seasons as the head coach of the Ivy league’s Penn, is just the second head coach in BU women’s program history.
