Big East preview/watch list: Will Providence be a major factor in loaded league?

The Big East is back and loaded with top level teams ready to compete, not only for conference glory, but for national glory as well, including front-runner and 2019 NCAA champion Georgetown.

The local clubs are not too far removed from their last cracks at the College Cup, with Providence last going dancing in 2019 and UConn making it back in 2018.

It will take a major effort to stand out above the crowd in the Big East, but if both programs can find success during the grueling conference schedule, they may have their next crack.
