The Bayside FC 2004 NPL team, thanks to a 2-1 win over Boston Bolts 2004 Central NPL on Saturday afternoon, will be New England’s U-17 boys representative at US Club Soccer’s National Cup XX Finals in Commerce City, Colo., later this July.
Bayside navigated the inaugural NEP New England Regional Cup with grit and determination, performing well before the Rhode Island-based club enters the Boys ECNL during the 2021-22 club season.
Bayside got goals from Class of 2022 forwards Sekou Kamara and Michael Hofstetter, two former Revolution Academy players.
