Barrios twins carry Tolman’s hopes of repeating in Rhode Island

Dan Silva heard the rumors during his second season as head coach at Tolman High School in Pawtucket, R.I.

Back in 2015, there were whispers among the Tigers community that twins “that looked like they were 20-something and had beards” might be coming to Tolman to play soccer.

Silva had heard of the duo already, and he knew they were targets for local private schools as well.
