The New England Revolution already possess one of MLS's top attacking groups, and it’s due to improve – at least on paper – during their home opener Saturday against D.C. United (8 pm ET).
Icelandic winger Arnór Traustason is available for selection after joining first-team training on Monday, arriving stateside ahead of the club’s 2-2 draw last weekend at Chicago Fire FC.
The 27-year-old carries five goals in 40 appearances with Iceland and was last at Allsvenskan (Sweden) leaders Malmo FF. Across other stops in Europe, Traustason has also played for SK Rapid Wien in Austria and AEK Athens in Greece.
