Questions about how Holy Cross could look under new head coach Kyle Bak (Cumberland, R.I.) got some initial answers during Saturday’s debut game.

The Crusaders (1-0) secured a 2-1 win over Lafayette in Patriot League play, officially leaving behind the Casey Brown (Natick, Mass.) era after their former head coach departed for Penn.

Bak inherited a Holy Cross team that, during the 2019 season, posted seven shutouts and recorded the program's fewest losses (four) in over three decades.
