Chris Kane is in his 11th season as head coach of the Milton Academy boys soccer team.
He’s certainly been around for a bit.
Thus, it carries weight when Kane says he can’t remember a time when three Independent School League teams were unbeaten in league play in mid-October, which was the case as of last week.
"It’s going to be an interesting last couple of weeks," said Kane last Thursday. "It’s one thing to be undefeated, but untied? It’s easy for teams to drop results, so to have three teams with 18 wins and no losses or ties is interesting."
