Adam Perron’s journey to James Madison University paying off

Adam Perron’s journey through the soccer world has covered about every level in New England.

A goalkeeper, he played prep school at Wilbraham and Monson, collegiately at Colby-Sawyer and professionally for the Western Mass Pioneers of the PDL and Massachusetts Twisters of the NISL. In the coaching world, in-region steps have included Bridgton Academy, Seacoast United, Southern New Hampshire, Colby and UMass Amherst.

But the Ludlow, Mass., native’s latest stop has him amid a remarkable NCAA tournament run down south. Perron is now an assistant coach for James Madison, a Div. 1 program in Harrisonburg, Va.
