With summer officially here and the 2023 college soccer season two short months away, we’re highlighting newcomers who will soon join the New England Division 3 landscape -- specifically the NESCAC.
These 11 programs are home to some of the country’s top teams, led by Amherst, Connecticut College and Tufts combining to win all but two national titles since 2014. That group nearly grew in 2022, though Williams fell painstakingly short to a strong UChicago side in the final.
These are coveted programs for aspiring college soccer players, and coaches put in the groundwork to assemble diverse classes. Will it all manifest positively onto the field?
